Earlier is better once your date and venue are confirmed. Popular weekends, school dates, festivals, and holiday periods can fill quickly, but it is always worth asking about last-minute availability.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your rentals. Nothing is reserved until we receive the deposit or an approved purchase order is in place.

Changes may be possible depending on the type of event, your rentals, equipment availability, and how close you are to the event date. Each event has a cutoff after which changes can no longer be made, so contact your event specialist as early as possible to confirm the window that applies to your reservation.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are included in the contract signed when you reserve your event. Please review your agreement for the policy that applies to your booking, and contact our team promptly if your plans change.

Amanzi coordinates professional delivery, setup, and breakdown for your rental plan. Exact delivery fees, timing, and staffing depend on your location, selected equipment, and event details and will be shown on your quote.

Our crew will arrive within the delivery window emailed to you the day before your event. Arrival timing depends on the size of your order, venue access, travel, and the time needed to safely prepare each rental.

Please share the setup surface, available space, delivery access, gates or stairs, parking restrictions, and power availability. Site maps are also appreciated if you have one. Larger or specialty rentals may require additional clearance, access, or venue coordination.

Please do not move installed equipment. If placement needs to change, speak with the Amanzi crew before setup is completed so they can confirm a safe, workable location.

We email your delivery window the day before your event. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it. We do not provide delivery windows earlier because waiting until the day before helps us give you the most accurate timing possible.

Amanzi delivers and operates rain or shine. However, safe operation depends on the equipment you rent and the conditions at your event. For mechanical rides—or whenever Amanzi team members are on site—our team will assess conditions and determine whether operation can safely continue, pause, or stop.

Our team prepares and inspects equipment before use to help ensure it is ready for your event. Setup requirements and operating checks vary by rental type.

Some rentals include or require trained Amanzi staff, while others require responsible adult supervision by the customer. Your quote will explain the staffing and supervision plan for each item.

Yes. Once your booking is complete and your event is secured, we can provide proof of insurance or a certificate of insurance (COI). If your venue needs to be added to the insurance, we can also process that by request. Please allow up to five business days for an additional-insured request to be completed.
